Inside & Around Crammed Discs with Marc Hollander

A new edition of our anti-guide for getting lost in the jungle of the label's output. This Marc Hollander mix features brand-new tracks by new Crammed signings Ekiti Sound (the London-based Nigerian electronic music producer/MC) and Nova Materia (the French/Chilean postpunk/electronic duo), a remix from Yasmine Hamdan’s new collection of reworks, and a majority of tracks from the ’00s and the ‘10s, including notable guest appearances by Animal Collective, Arto Lindsay, Señor Coconut, Micachu, John McEntire, Peter Kruder, This Heat’s Charles Bullen’s former project Circadian Rhythms, an epic cover of Terry Riley/John Cale’s “Church Of Anthrax” by Chicago’s Allá, and a wild live recording from 1982 by Véronique Vincent & Aksak Maboul with The Honeymoon Killers.

A monthly two-hour show hosted by Marc Hollander (Aksak Maboul), the legendary founder of iconic Belgian label Crammed Discs. Digging deep into the label's prolific catalogue, and featuring unearthed gems alongside unreleased tracks, original interludes and new & upcoming music.
